Kit Guidelines

Human

You are fine. You are okay. Barely anything's changed, really. Yes, it's harder to get the food you like, and lots of shops are choked with vines and weeds, but you're fine.

At least you still have all your clothes.

As a human, you can choose to dress in whatever way your character would have done before the war of the Verdant Wood, or in whatever way suits their current situation.

Perhaps it's been harder to mend rips and tears. Maybe electricity has been patchy, meaning that bit of dirt really isn't that bad after all. It could be that your clothes don't fit quite the same, or maybe you've created makeshift armour out of pleather.

But what do we know? We're not your mom. Dress however your character likes.

Fey-Touched

You're essentially Human plus. You've lived in the human world since, well, birth. It's just that somewhere in the gene pool, there's a little something extra, and since the veil dropped, it shows.

Kit requirements are much the same as Humans, but you'll need some obvious indication that you're something more. It could be a little purple tinge to your skin, some cute horns, or hey, perhaps you've got a metre-long tail.

Be as creative as you like, while still looking mostly human. Antlers, feathers, wings, it's your call. Just make sure it's not something your character can hide without glamour.

The Worthy

Fashionista or style disaster, however your character dressed in life is most likely how they're going to be dressed when they rock up to battle. The Worthy didn't exactly crawl out of the ground, but there's a very distinct air of expiry about them.

Whether your character hails from the 17th Century, or died less than a year ago, now that they've been reborn, they won't have found much time to refresh their wardrobe. Dress however your character wants. Just keep it period-appropriate.

You'll also need to show us that you've spent some time on the wrong side of the grave. You aren't falling apart; Merlin's seen to that. So, pallid make-up and shadows under the eyes will work just fine, but feel free to get creative.

Note: There's no need to go to great lengths to achieve kit authenticity. Any attempt at matching your character's time period will be appreciated. We ain't History majors, who's gonna know?
